Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will contribute to annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, monthly closings, and related reporting. You will be responsible for developing analyses and forecasts, as well as ongoing cost and profitability calculations. Understanding upstream business processes will allow you to proactively enhance current reports and processes, and lead special projects and analyses. You will actively participate in new system implementations and act as a contact point for internal and external auditors.
Qualifications
- University degree in business sciences with emphasis on controlling, strategic management, corporate leadership, or related fields.
- Preferably some experience in a similar role and in establishing new reporting or controlling systems.
- A curious mindset with a drive to question existing practices, excellent analytical thinking, and the ability to understand complex interrelationships and adapt them to future business needs.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and their impact on business planning and analyses.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; ideally experienced with SAP/R3, Hyperion, or equivalent financial reporting tools.
- Highly proactive and engaged working style.
- Strong communication skills in both German and English.

Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
