Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated financial analyst who excels in comprehensive research and financial analysis to join a dynamic team. Your primary role includes delivering investment and financial data to clients, helping them make informed decisions regarding alternative investment opportunities.

• Understanding of Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Secondaries, Hedge Funds, Institutional investors, fundraising processes, deals, and alternative asset classes.
• Familiarity with alternative investments and analyzing financial statements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Performing broad research using internet resources focused on capital markets.
• Collecting detailed data across specific industries, domains, and regions including contact details of key decision-makers such as emails and phone numbers.
• Gathering and analyzing information related to market size, competitors, teams, products, services, financials, and business forecasts.
• Ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of relevant data to maintain data responsiveness and efficiency.
• Conducting both primary and secondary research on particular sectors and companies, including extracting deal data from SEC filings.
• Overseeing and executing all production-level tasks while maintaining real-time operational standards, monitoring queues, and tracking key performance indicators.

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related fields. Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or PGDM in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA) certification, or a Master’s in Commerce (M.Com) are highly preferred.
