Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Financial Advisor based in Mumbai who will manage various client investment account processes and provide guidance on trading and investment products. The candidate will facilitate account operations, educate clients on financial instruments, and support investment transactions with a strong emphasis on client communication and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Demat account openings, complete KYC formalities, and update client bank details.
- Serve as the liaison for client document submissions and address account-related inquiries.
- Guide clients through the processes of buying and selling shares as well as placing trading orders.
- Clarify concepts such as Stop Loss, Target Orders, Market Orders, and Limit Orders.
- Assist clients in applying for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).
- Support clients with Mutual Fund transactions and investment decisions.
- Explain Margin Trading Facility (MTF) fundamentals and their applications.
- Educate clients on Systematic Investment Plans (SIP) and facilitate SIP initiations.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Strong communication abilities with effective client engagement and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience preferred in Stock Broking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services sectors.
- Confident, practical knowledge in Demat accounts, Trading, IPO applications, Mutual Funds, SIPs, and MTF is essential.
