The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled Financial Advisor to join our established team serving clients throughout the West, Mid-West, and Midlands regions. This role involves working with both existing and new clients to offer customized financial advice addressing a variety of personal financial needs. The ideal candidate thrives in building and nurturing client relationships aimed at helping clients reach their long-term financial objectives through expert advice.

Role Details

  • This is a full-time hybrid position based in Briarhill, Galway.
  • Responsible for managing and expanding an existing client portfolio.
  • Increasing Annual Premium Equivalent (APE) within your portfolio.
  • Developing new client connections and relationships.
  • Delivering continuous service and addressing client queries promptly.
  • Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), presentation, and sales targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possession of Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation or significant progress towards obtaining it.
  • A minimum of three years working within the financial industry, with at least one year directly engaging with clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong personal client relationships.
  • Self-confidence and initiative.
