About Us
Based in North Sydney near the station, we are a niche financial advisory firm dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality financial advice. Our clients include small business owners, professionals with complex financial situations, and retirees. Supported by a strong referral network, we prioritize outstanding service and fostering long-term client success. Currently, our firm is expanding, and we seek a motivated individual to grow alongside us.

This role is ideal for a qualified, driven professional aiming to advance as a Financial Adviser specializing solely in wealth management, excluding risk advice. You will assist a Senior Financial Adviser in managing an existing client portfolio while also gaining the chance to manage your own clients immediately. The Role
- Deliver consistent, high-caliber financial advice and client service to both new and existing clients.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, referral sources, and team members.
- Contribute to creating sophisticated advice strategies and recommendations.
- Support the preparation of advice documentation and reports.
- Participate in client meetings, networking functions, and office visits throughout NSW and Victoria.
- Bring your ideas and enthusiasm to help drive the firm’s growth.
About You
- Possess 2–3 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management.
- Fulfill all educational requirements, including an approved degree, successful completion of the Financial Adviser Exam, and current Continuing Professional Development (CPD) compliance.
- Exhibit strong skills in managing client relationships and presenting a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Maintain a proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute within a dynamic and expanding team environment.
