Role Overview
Lely, a leading automated agriculture company focusing on technology-driven farming optimizations, seeks a meticulous and proactive Financial Administration Specialist. This role supports precise financial administration and effective business support functions, contributing significantly to seamless day-to-day financial operations and dependable financial reporting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle accounts payable and receivable administration efficiently.
- Manage order administration and provide support for project-related financial activities.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank transactions with accuracy.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and assist in debtor management tasks.
- Support month-end closing, reconcile accounts, and contribute to financial reporting.
- Drive improvements in administrative processes to boost efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience in financial administration, bookkeeping, or accounting support roles.
- Sound understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and overall financial administration.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Business Central, Movex, or similar platforms.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail, hands-on approach, and process-oriented mindset.
