Role Overview

As a Financial Accountant at All4Labels, you will take charge of processing all financial transactions, encompassing accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, payment transactions, dunning management, and bank and cash postings. You will independently prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with German commercial law (HGB). Furthermore, you will actively collaborate with your team to optimize and modernize existing accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete booking of all business transactions including asset accounting and payment processing.
• Handle creditor and debtor ledger operations.
• Process payment transactions and oversee dunning procedures.
• Post bank and cash movements accurately.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements largely independently according to HGB standards.
• Collaborate proactively in refining and advancing accounting processes to meet contemporary standards.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in financial accounting and preparation of financial statements.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Reliable team player with the ability to work independently.

Additional Information

The position is a full-time permanent role based on-site in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Salary range is between €45,000 and €55,000 annually. Submitting a cover letter is not required when applying.
