Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a minimum of six years professional experience, ideally in a consulting role at a top-tier firm.
• Accounting or financial analysis certification (qualified or partially qualified) is essential.
• Strong understanding of financial performance analysis and business acumen within the financial or insurance sectors.
• Substantial experience in Enterprise Performance Management, particularly integrated, driver-based planning, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario management.
• Proven track record in delivering business and finance transformation projects and experience with financial operating models is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership capabilities including directing high-performing teams, coaching, and mentoring.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience working across diverse teams and multicultural environments, preferably with ASEAN market exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to translate strategic goals into actionable change management strategies.
• Ability to develop client relationships, identify market growth opportunities, and support business development initiatives.
