Finance Specialist

Overview

Smart Home Albania is expanding its team by seeking a Finance Specialist experienced in financial processes and capable of accurately managing the daily financial operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate is familiar with invoicing, VAT, cost tracking, reconciliations, cash management, and financial documentation, with a clear understanding of the correlation between sales, invoicing, payments, and financial recording. This role combines financial duties with cash administration and direct interaction with clients.

Primary Duties

• Oversee and control the daily financial transactions of the showroom.
• Manage cash operations, ensuring accuracy in collections and payments.
• Issue, review, and handle sales invoices effectively.
• Monitor and track purchase invoices alongside relevant financial documents.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of cash, bank accounts, invoices, and client payments.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payables in accordance with company procedures.
• Calculate and verify costs related to imported goods.
• Verify import, transportation, and customs financial documentation.
• Track product costs and maintain pertinent documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inaccuracies in invoicing, payments, or documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing, and project departments to reconcile processes.
• Support management by providing financial data and reports as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in finance, operational accounting, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with invoicing, VAT application, cost management, reconciliations, and cash administration.
• Good understanding of financial procedures and fiscal documentation.
• Practical knowledge of the financial software Financa 5.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Integrity and responsibility in handling sensitive information and monetary values.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional communication skills and client-focused orientation.
