About Sketch School Of Art And Creativity
Sketch School of Art & Creativity (SSAC) is an educational and coaching center focused on preparing students for entrance exams in Architecture, Design, and Fine Arts. Their offerings include live online classes, recorded lessons, study materials, mock tests, and expert guidance to help students gain admission to leading colleges for exams such as NATA, JEE B.Arch, NID, NIFT, and UCEED.
Role Overview
We seek a meticulous and accountable Finance Manager to oversee SSAC's financial operations, ensuring smooth handling of fee collections, expenses, payroll, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fee collection processes and track all expenditure.
- Handle payroll administration and budget planning.
- Monitor cash flows and prepare accurate financial reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and analyze profitability.
- Collaborate with Chartered Accountants to manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for accounting and MIS reporting.
- Demonstrated capability in financial analysis.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in the education, EdTech, or service-oriented industries is advantageous.
