Job description

We seek a seasoned Finance Manager to spearhead the financial affairs of our organization and bolster strategic growth initiatives.

Conduct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analyze variances.
Oversee accounting operations including cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
Ensure adherence to IFRS, SOCPA, ZATCA, and other regulatory standards.
Manage audits, establish financial controls, governance, and risk management protocols.
Lead and cultivate the development of the finance team.
Deliver financial insights to aid strategic decision-making processes.
Promote process enhancements and automation within finance functions.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA, MBA, or SOCPA are highly desired.
Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, ZATCA, and prevailing financial regulations.
Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting.
Strong leadership qualities combined with analytical acumen and advanced communication skills.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
