Finance Manager - Logistics

About the Role

Aroma City Group, a prominent enterprise specializing in Logistics and Facility Management, is in search of an accomplished Finance Manager to lead financial functions, enforce strong governance principles, and provide strategic financial insights that bolster sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, consolidation, and continuous monitoring of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-range financial strategies that align with corporate goals.
• Manage the preparation and punctual delivery of precise financial statements, management reports, and performance evaluations for senior leadership review.
• Track and analyze variances between actual financial results and budgets; evaluate operational costs and suggest corrective measures to improve profitability.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, working capital optimization, and banking relationships to maintain adequate funding for operations.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures, ensuring thorough reconciliations, asset protection, and robust internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS), statutory regulations, and requirements related to Zakat and taxation; liaise with external auditors effectively.
• Champion process enhancements such as automation, strengthening internal controls, and upgrading reporting tools across all financial activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; holding CPA or CMA certifications is highly desirable.
• Bring at least 12 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Demonstrate practical expertise with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, across spoken and written communication.
• Available to join immediately or within a notice period not exceeding 30 days.
