Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and oversee performance across retail, eCommerce, wholesale, and international operations.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the General Manager, to steer decision-making and support growth initiatives.
• Drive profitability analysis by product, channel, and category.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and working capital within a supply chain-focused environment.
• Support wholesale and international trade activities, particularly managing foreign exchange impacts, global logistics, and landed costs.
• Oversee multi-entity financial reporting and operations.
• Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly financial reports accessible to various business stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and build a capable and grounded finance team.
• Operate primarily on-site at the Epping office with some flexibility as needed.
