Finance Manager - Facility Management

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to head the financial functions within our facility management operations based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires leading budget planning, cost control, profitability analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses across facility management contracts and sites.
• Monitor contract profitability, accounting for service-level costs, subcontractors, and maintenance expenditures.
• Manage the monthly financial closing, prepare management reports, and conduct variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operational teams on pricing strategies, tender submissions, and commercial contract terms.
• Maintain adherence to tax and accounting standards including ZATCA, VAT, and IFRS regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience within the facility management sector is essential.
• Over 12 years of overall financial experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or SOCPA are advantageous.
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel capabilities; ability to identify cost factors in service contracts.
• Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
