Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s financial strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals to maximize profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Manage the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, delivering valuable insights to support decision-making.
• Act as the chief financial consultant to hotel leadership, ownership, and department heads by providing data-driven advice for improved financial outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and protect assets via robust financial controls.
• Enhance financial reporting by overseeing systems and processes that ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Supervise and authorize key financial transactions including sales, purchases, payroll, and expenditures to guarantee fiscal discipline and smooth operations.
