Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly closing process and produce management reports on schedule.
• Interpret financial outcomes and deliver insights on critical business drivers.
• Maintain balance sheet controls and address reconciliation discrepancies swiftly.
• Assist with statutory reporting, audit compliance, and regulatory obligations.
• Lead initiatives to improve finance systems, processes, and controls.
• Participate actively in finance transformation and business improvement projects.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance team members.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality financial services.

Candidate Profile

• Holds professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Brings around 5 years of experience after qualification.
• Possesses solid expertise in financial reporting and internal controls.
• Experienced in managing month-end closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems.
• Demonstrates a record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Exhibits excellent communication and adeptness in stakeholder relations.
• Detail-focused, organised, and solution-oriented approach to work.
