Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in finalizing periodic financial statements including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Conduct analyses on financial data to detect patterns and discrepancies.
• Develop and maintain essential Key Ratios and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Handle bookkeeping and accounting activities accurately.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory norms such as SEBI LODR, Companies Act, Ind AS, among others.
• Oversee and manage adherence to reporting timelines and deadlines effectively.
• Offer assistance in Investor Relations (IR) tasks.
• Support forecasting and projection-related functions.
• Collaborate during audits and inspections including statutory, internal, exchanges, and SEBI reviews.
• Lead initiatives aimed at process automation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Possession of a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Experience ranging from 2 to 3 years in accounts-related roles.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong strategic thinking skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
• Inclination towards innovation and managing change effectively.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
