Finance Manager

Position Overview

PCI AI is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring expertise in financial operations and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of financial reporting and month-end closing procedures.
• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Oversee cash flow management and enforce internal financial controls.
• Handle management accounts and conduct variance analysis.
• Manage receivables, collections, payables, and optimize working capital.
• Coordinate audit processes and ensure compliance.
• Implement cost control measures to maintain financial efficiency.
• Supervise and guide the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance is essential.
• Demonstrated strong experience in finance management roles.
• Knowledgeable in practical application of IFRS.
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions as well as ERP systems.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or CMA are highly preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is advantageous.
