Position Overview

The Finance Executive role involves supporting daily finance and accounts operations emphasizing Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay processes, reconciliations, GST compliance, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and P2P tasks ensuring accurate invoice processing for both purchase order and non-purchase order bills.
• Perform 2-way and 3-way matching for invoices and purchase information.
• Reconcile vendor ledgers and perform bank reconciliation activities.
• Assist with general ledger postings and fixed asset accounting.
• Support GST filing and other taxation duties.
• Contribute to month-end closing processes by preparing MIS reports, accounts payable summaries, and reconciliation statements.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in managing accounts payable and the procure-to-pay cycle.
• Experience in invoice processing and matching methods.
• Knowledge of GST regulations and taxation procedures.
• Ability to perform bank and vendor reconciliations precisely.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting ERP systems.
