Finance Director

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director with leadership experience in managing residential and commercial real estate portfolios. The successful candidate will oversee property management operations including administration, leasing, maintenance, and client relationships, aiming to enhance asset efficiency and maximize investment returns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all financial and accounting operations within the company.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems and manage financial risks.
• Supervise preparation of financial reports ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations.
• Manage cash flow and boost financial performance supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably a Master's degree.
• Certified professional credentials such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• At least 10 years of financial sector experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Finance Director position.
• Experience in holding companies is an advantage.
• Preferably experienced with one of the Big 4 auditing firms.
• Advanced knowledge of IFRS standards, Zakat, and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
