Key Responsibilities

• Handling billing inquiries and processing client invoices efficiently.
• Uploading invoices through electronic billing portals.
• Recording financial transactions, managing EFT payments, and preparing journal entries.
• Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and expense claims.
• Collaborating with internal departments regarding billing and finance-related questions.
• Assisting with general finance operations and reporting tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Essential prior billing experience.
• Between 6 and 12 months of experience in a finance or billing role.
• Experience in professional services, preferably within a law firm or banking sector.
• Proficiency in Excel coupled with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Possession of a relevant third-level qualification is considered an advantage.
