Key Responsibilities

  • Lead finance function transformation from transactional processing to data-driven decision-making through trusted insights.
  • Drive process modernization including activity analysis, design of risk and control frameworks, and continuous monitoring.
  • Support finance system implementations by contributing to business case development, chart of accounts design, program oversight, and assurance of controls.
  • Identify operating models and commercial advantages to enable cost optimization funding modernization initiatives.
  • Manage transactional changes including governance, accounting integration, and synergy realization pre- or post-deal.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in finance, accounting, external audit, or related domains.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) credential or equivalent professional certification.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams in delivering finance-related projects and internal process enhancements.
  • Experience encompassing risk and control frameworks, process optimization, financial and management accounting, budgeting, and technical accounting.
  • Strong analytical aptitude to identify, interpret, and deliver insightful recommendations to clients.
  • Advanced technical accounting capabilities, with practical experience applying accounting standards.
  • Keen attention to detail aimed at producing high-quality client reports and presentations adhering to PwC's risk and quality standards.
