About the Role
We are looking to hire a Finance Administrator at the entry or junior level to support our finance and accounting operations. This position is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals enthusiastic about growing their expertise in finance, accounting, and business administration.
Key Duties
- Assist in daily finance and accounting administrative duties.
- Handle processing of invoices, receipts, payment requests, and relevant financial paperwork.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintain precise financial records and accounting documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry to record financial data.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and transaction validations.
- Compile basic financial reports, summaries, and supportive schedules.
- Track outstanding invoices and help follow up on payments.
- Organize and file finance-related documents.
- Process expense claims, reimbursements, and payments.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Help with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis when required.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external contacts about finance matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for financial records and processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including fundamental formulas and data handling.
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Trustworthy with confidential financial information.
- Capable of working both independently and collaborative within a team environment.

- Previous internships or finance-related administrative experience advantageous.
