Job description
Job Responsibilities
Manage a unified calendar system to coordinate schedules for multiple professionals, preventing appointment overlaps, especially for critical client meetings and property viewings.
Serve as the central communication hub by handling phone calls and email correspondence, ensuring prompt attention to urgent matters.
Organize travel plans including transportation, accommodations, and detailed itineraries for business-related trips or site visits.
Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining both digital and physical filing systems, processing expense reports, and managing office supply inventories.
Perform additional assigned duties as required.
Job Requirements
Possess strong interpersonal abilities and empathy.
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and other Windows applications is essential.
Exhibit strong organizational skills.
Preferred candidates are entry-level professionals with backgrounds in Secretarial work, Executive Assistance, Reception, Front Desk, Hospitality, Personal Assistance, or similar roles.
