Role Summary

The Delivery Assistant position involves performing local and regional home deliveries while setting up sleep products directly in customers' residences, ensuring an outstanding in-home guest experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct local and regional deliveries and setup of mattresses and sleep solutions at customers' homes.
• Deliver excellent service to guests during in-home setups to ensure high satisfaction.
• Support warehouse and delivery team functions to maintain daily readiness.
• Participate in ongoing job-related training programs.
• Work a standard 5-day workweek with no overnight travel.
• Return home every night without over-the-road assignments.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or GED completion.
• Clean driving record (no commercial driving license necessary).
• Ability to lift weights exceeding 100 pounds.
• Preferred experience in delivering furniture, appliances, or similar products into customers' homes.
