Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from a deputy manager
• Manage store presentation, ordering process, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel duties including shift scheduling and employee development
• Manage recruitment efforts to build your team
• Collaborate with regional management on results and store growth strategies

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores across Germany
