Key Responsibilities

• Leading your branch team with support from the deputy branch manager
• Overseeing store appearance, managing ordering processes, enforcing presentation guidelines, and handling daily tasks
• Managing personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and encouraging employee growth
• Recruiting to build your store team
• Collaborating with regional management to discuss results and branch development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability of 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Commitment to an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
