Job Overview
As a Branch Manager at Lidl, you will be trusted with leading a store and ensuring it operates successfully. Your leadership will transform a group of employees into a motivated team, while your passion for numbers will drive the store's performance. This responsibility is rewarded both in appreciation and salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a store team of 20 to 40 employees with dedication, overseeing their professional guidance, organization, and motivation.
- Regularly analyze key performance indicators to optimize workflows and consistently improve store results.
- Ensure the implementation of store concepts, maintaining top-quality product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and superior customer service.
- Demonstrate leadership by actively participating in daily operations alongside your team on the sales floor.
- Prioritize the training and development of your team members to foster their growth.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of experience in retail or a similar sector, including leadership roles with comparable responsibility.
- A collaborative team player with strong accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate employees.
- Strong decision-making skills paired with a results-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts across five working days per week.
