Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your branch team, supported by the deputy branch manager
• Oversee the store presentation including ordering processes, implementation of merchandising guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel management such as creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Conduct recruitment efforts to build your branch team
• Collaborate regularly with regional management to discuss results and branch development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek over 5 days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an 8-week training program at one of our Trainer stores in Germany
