Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel, including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build a strong store workforce
• Collaborate closely with regional management to review results and drive store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably with experience in a similar retail management position
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
