Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance including ordering, implementing presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Oversee personnel management including creating work schedules and fostering staff development
• Recruit and expand your store team
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week training at one of our trainer stores in Germany
