Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy manager
• Oversee store presentation, manage ordering processes, ensure implementation of merchandising standards, and handle day-to-day operational tasks
• Manage personnel including creating work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Lead recruitment efforts to expand your store team
• Maintain communication with regional management to review results and develop store performance

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop staff through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
