Job Responsibilities

• Lead your store team effectively, assisted by the deputy store manager.
• Oversee all aspects of store appearance, manage ordering processes, ensure adherence to presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and encouraging staff development.
• Recruit and build your store team.
• Collaborate closely with regional management to discuss results and support store development.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate the team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program in one of our trainer stores located in Germany.
