Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and installation tasks for wagering and gaming machinery across various venues including clubs and pubs.
- Carry out scheduled preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions.
- Coordinate and prioritize your work assignments to ensure exceptional service outcomes.
- Maintain detailed maintenance records to comply with industry regulations and standards.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with venue personnel through dependable service delivery.
Candidate Profile
We seek a motivated individual eager to learn with a passion for electronics. While prior experience with gaming equipment is not essential, some background in servicing electronic devices, whether professionally or as a hobby, will be beneficial. Essential qualities include:
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for electronics accompanied by a strong problem-solving approach.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with effective communication.
- High integrity, respectfulness, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Willingness to acquire and maintain relevant licenses and certifications, along with possessing a valid driver's license.
