Field Technician

Position Overview

We are urgently seeking a Field Technician to join the elevator installation sector based in Pune, Maharashtra. This role requires hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical installation tasks related to elevator systems.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should hold an ITI qualification in Fitter, Electrician, or come from a Mechanical/Electrical background. Experience expectations are either 2 to 3 years specifically in elevator installation work, or 4 to 5 years in broader mechanical or electrical activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out installation of both mechanical and electrical elevator components.
• Conduct final tuning and adjustments of mechanical elements.
• Provide assistance to senior fitters and installation teams in various tasks.
• Operate tools like spanners, hammers, pliers, and drilling equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings and perform accurate measurements at worksites.
• Work closely with site supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and utilize necessary personal protective equipment.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in mechanical fitting and electrical installation techniques.
• Basic proficiency in English and fluency in the regional language.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and effectively use hand tools.
• Willingness to be deployed at field and construction sites.
• Strong commitment to teamwork, safety awareness, and maintaining quality standards.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly in-hand salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹32,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
