Role Details

Based within our Technical Services Team in Granville, you'll ensure optimal operation of venues, directly impacting customer satisfaction and service integrity. Daily tasks include:

• Servicing, maintaining, and installing wagering and gaming devices across clubs, pubs, and venues
• Performing preventive maintenance to minimize operational interruptions
• Managing and prioritizing workload schedules to ensure excellent customer experiences
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities in compliance with relevant standards
• Establishing strong, dependable relationships with venue personnel through consistent service

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates are motivated learners committed to growth, supported by a comprehensive training program that provides necessary technical knowledge. Key attributes include:

• A genuine fascination with electronics and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Some background in servicing electronic equipment through work or personal interest
• Demonstrated customer service skills combined with clear communication

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to acquire and maintain necessary licenses and certifications, along with holding a valid driver’s license
