Job Overview
Broadway Communication Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Field Network Engineer for its Bengaluru location to handle broadband installation and fault repair in the network infrastructure.
Key Duties
- Execute comprehensive field operations including broadband installation and troubleshooting.
- Visit customers' premises to address network issues and perform installations, working from the customer switch box to the final customer endpoint.
- Handle common network problems such as fibre cuts, router configuration errors, and crimping defects.
- Perform fibre splicing activities as required.
- Meet daily performance targets as set by the team leader.
- Proactively minimize recurring customer complaints by improving fibre connectivity, reducing fault occurrences, and ensuring high-quality execution standards.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly remuneration range of INR 18,000 to INR 26,000.
