Field Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Field Technician to join our team specializing in the repair and maintenance of fridge door gaskets. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about learning technical repair skills and providing quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspecting, removing, and installing fridge door gaskets under the guidance of a Lead Technician.
• Participate actively in training sessions to enhance repair and installation techniques.
• Maintain and manage all tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good condition and accounted for after each job.
• Engage with customers by effectively communicating and addressing their queries and concerns.
• Support inventory control by tracking gasket materials and supplies.
• Follow all safety rules and protocols during on-site work.
• Help document repair processes and keep accurate records of completed work.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Preferably have at least two years of experience in technical or maintenance roles.
• Basic familiarity with mechanical systems, hand tools, equipment, and troubleshooting methods.
• Willingness to learn and perform maintenance or repair tasks related to fridge door gaskets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions closely.
• Mandatory proficiency in Hindi and at least one additional regional language for effective communication on site and with customers.
• Physical capability to work in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces, involving bending, kneeling, and standing for extended durations.
