Field Technician

About the Role

Phoenix Power Solution is seeking a dedicated Field Technician to join their team in Dombivli, Mumbai. This role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of inverters, batteries, and UPS systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and service inverter, battery, and UPS products at customer sites.
• Respond to customer service requests and efficiently resolve basic technical problems.
• Inspect battery components such as water levels, terminals, wiring, and check backup functionality.
• Carry out preventive maintenance routines and battery replacements as necessary.
• Handle product delivery and installation at clients’ locations.
• Maintain detailed service reports and update customer service databases.
• Collaborate closely with office personnel and the broader service team.
• Ensure careful management of company tools, equipment, and customer assets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic familiarity or knowledge of inverter and battery servicing is preferred; however, fresh candidates will receive training.
• Ability to ride a two-wheeler is essential.
• A valid driving license is advantageous.
• Preparedness to conduct fieldwork across Dombivli, Kalyan, and neighboring areas.
• Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, and a customer-focused approach.

Work Conditions and Compensation

• Working hours are 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM with Mondays as weekly offs.
• This is a full-time position.
• Salary ranges between ₹14,000 and ₹18,000 monthly, supplemented with incentives.
