Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops and laptops.
- Install and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 environments.
- Perform basic user management within Active Directory.
- Configure and troubleshoot Outlook email client setups.
- Install, configure, and resolve problems with printers.
