Field Supervisor

Overview

Next2one Realty is seeking a proactive and accountable Field Supervisor to join our team in Noida for comprehensive property management and flat repair activities. This role requires on-site visits to various properties, coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, and managing relations with contractors, owners, tenants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of flats and assess their conditions.
• Manage and oversee the execution of flat repairs and maintenance work.
• Coordinate effectively with workers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality service.
• Verify the quality standards of completed work to ensure satisfaction.
• Procure necessary materials required for repair and maintenance projects.
• Handle the processes involving flat handovers and possession transfers.
• Perform property inspections at various locations as needed.
• Provide property tours and showcase units to potential clients.
• Liaise with property owners and tenants to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients regarding property matters.
• Carry out basic property management duties as assigned.
• Deliver daily updates on work progress and status reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in property management, flat repair, or related field work is advantageous.

• Possession of a valid driving license along with the ability to drive a car is essential.
• Basic familiarity with smartphone usage is required.
• Must exhibit honesty, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfort and readiness for regular field visits are mandatory.

Compensation and Work Details

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹17,000 plus additional performance-based incentives.
• Work location: Spectrum Metro Mall, Sector 75, Noida.
