Key Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental troubleshooting, equipment installation, routine maintenance, and repairs on assigned machinery.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks and apply required field modifications.
• Manage procurement and logistics related to repair parts, ensuring efficient cycle times.
• Maintain up-to-date customer service logs and internal records promptly.
• Ensure consistent daily communication with customers to facilitate issue resolution and follow-up.
• Maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment to guarantee proper functionality.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completed ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with IoT technologies is advantageous.
• Resident of the Bengaluru area.
• Possess a personal bike for commuting.
• Hold a valid driving license alongside a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated accountability and reliability in work.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical capabilities and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical issues clearly.
