Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on hands-on responsibilities within the industrial 3D printing and additive manufacturing industry. It is a permanent role based in a central office location, with workdays from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and customer training sessions.
- Keep precise service documentation and perform prompt on-site visits to reduce equipment downtime.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to uphold service quality, ensure client satisfaction, and provide technical assistance.
- Visit client locations to manage machine assembly, alignment, installation, commissioning, and validate operational performance.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
- Has 3 to 5 years of practical troubleshooting experience specifically with automation, electrical systems, and industrial 3D printing machinery.
Additional Information
- Compensation ranges from $4,500 to $6,000 basic salary plus annual wage supplement (AWS) and variable bonus.
