Field Sales Representative

About the Role

Nobody Audio is a newly launched Australian audio brand exclusively partnered with JB Hi-Fi. We specialize in true wireless earbuds and are seeking two energetic in-store field representatives, one based in Sydney and another in Melbourne, to strengthen our presence and growth in stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visiting JB Hi-Fi stores throughout your assigned region to support sales activities.
• Training store employees on Nobody Audio products to enable confident customer engagement.
• Maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring our displays are visually appealing and correctly presented.
• Driving sales on the store floor by educating customers about our audio products.
• Developing and nurturing positive relationships with store teams and managers.
• Providing valuable feedback on what sales tactics and products are effective, including insights from customers.

Candidate Profile

• Outgoing and personable with the ability to easily connect and build rapport with others.
• Previous experience in retail sales, field sales, or in-store brand representation roles.
• Experience working with JB Hi-Fi staff is considered a significant advantage.
• A sincere passion for audio, technology, or consumer electronics.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently and traveling frequently.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
