Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and achievement-driven Frontline Field Marketing Executive to represent our company directly in the market. This position entails enhancing our brand presence and engaging closely with retail jewelers and B2B partners through localized marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute tailored marketing activities, roadshows, and business-to-business retail promotions in the field.
• Maintain daily interactions with jewelry retailers to foster strong business relationships and effectively promote products.
• Ensure visible placement of promotional content and merchandise at partner storefronts to maximize brand exposure.
• Collect and report on market intelligence including competitor strategies, pricing, and consumer behavior.
• Source and qualify new retail partners and provide leads to the sales team.
• Perform on-site demonstrations and presentations of products to potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• Two to three years of hands-on experience in field marketing or sales, ideally within the jewelry or FMCG sectors.
• Strong abilities in verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
• Valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle for extensive daily travel.
• Fluent in English and the regional language of the operating area.
