Field Sales Executive

Overview

Oroglow Professional, a dynamic brand specializing in premium skincare and haircare products for salons across India, is expanding its offline distribution. We seek dedicated Field Sales Executives to cultivate strong ties with salons in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit salons and beauty parlours within your territory to promote Oroglow's products.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to potential clients.
• Acquire new salon customers and grow the client base.
• Foster enduring relationships with salon proprietors to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders and ensure consistent follow-up for smooth transactions.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets.
• Submit detailed daily visit reports via WhatsApp as part of the monitoring process.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, salon products, or related sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving licence is preferred.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in sales to salons, beauty parlours, cosmetic distributors, FMCG retailers, or B2B clients will be advantageous.

Compensation

Monthly remuneration ranges from 18000 to 25000 INR.
