Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote Exovo’s services directly within apartment complexes, residential neighborhoods, and corporate environments throughout Noida. This full-time position operates six days per week with a weekday off and a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 plus incentive payments based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target promising apartment complexes, residential communities, and corporate offices in Noida for activation campaigns.
• Engage with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), facility managers, and corporate administration to obtain permissions for promotional activities.
• Organize and execute promotional kiosks, weekend events, and vehicle care activations.
• Educate potential customers on car wash services, subscription options, rewards programs, and ongoing promotions.
• Clarify benefits and savings offered by various subscription plans and assist customers in plan selection.
• Digitally record customer leads using devices such as smartphones or tablets and manage follow-up details accurately.
• Contact interested leads via calls and WhatsApp to convert inquiries into subscription sales.
• Motivate customers to visit the Exovo studio to experience services firsthand.
• Maintain relationships with societies and offices to facilitate recurring activations.
• Monitor daily performance metrics including leads, activations, conversions, and sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on promotional campaigns and offers.

Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in meeting and engaging with new people.
• Confidence in direct sales interactions and product explanations.
• Interest in cars, bikes, or automotive services.
• Comfort with technology tools including smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and standard computer applications.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic command of English.
• Willingness to work in-field across Noida and flexibility to work weekends for optimal residential engagement.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Fresh graduates with an eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in fields like automotive services, field sales, memberships, events, retail promotions, or residential society activations is beneficial but not compulsory.

Success Metrics

Achievement will be assessed based on the number of locations activated, leads generated, studio visits secured, subscriptions converted, and repeat activations managed. The role demands an ownership mindset from location identification through to subscription closure.

Compensation & Growth

The position offers a base salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 monthly, aligned with experience and capability, plus performance-based incentives. Exceptional performers may progress to senior sales or activation leadership roles as the company expands.
