Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Field Sales Executives (FSE) to join the core growth team at Paytm. In this hands-on role, you will be directly employed by Paytm and tasked with expanding its merchant ecosystem by onboarding diverse local businesses, retail outlets, and shops.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to local marketplaces and retail stores to recruit new merchants into Paytm's network.
• Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations to facilitate seamless transactions.
• Set up and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for business users to enhance payment acceptance.
• Provide merchant training on device usage and promptly address any questions or issues they encounter.

Requirements

• Possession of an Android smartphone to carry out job functions.
• Ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle such as a bike or scooter for site visits.

Compensation and Benefits
