Job description
Role Overview
BharatPe is recruiting Field Sales Executives for their Villupuram location. This is a fully on-field position focused on engaging local shops and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit 15-20 shops daily including hotels, petty shops, and other retailers in Villupuram
- Demonstrate BharatPe QR Codes and payment machines to shop owners
- Encourage new shop owners to register and join BharatPe's payment platform
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Must possess a motorcycle and an Android smartphone
- Ability to communicate fluently in Tamil
- Age between 18 and 32 years
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹22,000
- Additional petrol allowance
- Performance-based high incentives
- Full-time employment with immediate joining preferred
