Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to be part of PhonePe's core growth team. This position involves working directly as a PhonePe employee to grow the merchant network by onboarding various local retailers, shops, and businesses in the area.
Key Duties
- Conduct visits to local markets and retail outlets to onboard new merchants onto PhonePe's platform.
- Install PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations for seamless digital payments.
- Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundboxes, ensuring devices are correctly set up for business use.
- Maintain positive relationships by training merchants on device usage and addressing any queries or issues they have.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Applicants must have access to a two-wheeler vehicle such as a motorcycle or scooter to travel within their assigned area.
